Fr. David Guffey - Family Theater Productions (Holy Cross Family Ministries)
As a super fangirl of Servant of God Fr. Patrick Peyton, founder of Family Theater and HCFM, it was a great delight to speak with Fr. David Guffey about the many fabulous programs offered in LA and many of the wonderful films available from Family Theater Productions.
Our Film Discussions focused on: they are currently casting (must be in the LA area ) .. that link is to Family Theater's Facebook page - on of the best on FB!! Everyday I am engaged, entertained and intrigued!
Fr. Peyton's Rosary Rally lives on -- different from when he first began them but still centered on the Rosary!

ON This episode --
Allison spends some time chatting with author & journalist, Marge Fenelon ... it is another opportunity for her to teach someone the virtue of being gracious as the host repeatedly mispronounces your last name!!
Of more importance was the fabulous discussion around Marge Fenelon's book - Our Lady Undoer of Knots: A Living Novena (A Guided Meditation from the Holy Land) from Ave Maria Press
Godcidence? I am featuring Marge Fenelon's book - Our Lady Undoer of Knots - born from her Holy Experience the same week I am given the privilege of previewing this INCREDIBLE new series from Diana von Glahn, The Faithful Traveler ... stay tuned for viewing options!

Today I welcome to the show - Erin Franco, HumbleHandmaid.com and future Breadbox Media Host
Erin's podcast, The Right Heart - will join the Breadbox Media weekend line up shortly after Easter! Since both our Show Titles included the word, "heart" -_ it was fun discussing how each of us saw this amazing journey to discover God and his love for us; and a live with him had to include our hearts as well as our minds!
Erin was so warm and open, I appreciated her candor in sharing:
Erin Franco is the real deal - after just one hour chatting with I want her to be my BFF - I THINK you will too! Be sure to catch much more of Erin at her website: Humble Handmaid !

Location, Location... location!! And I just happen to be perfectly situated close enough to the Daughters of St. Paul Provincial House to visit and be blessed by knowing this great (no fabulous) religious community!!
One of the remarkable (she'll so dislike me using this adjective) Sisters I have had the pleasure of not only meeting but befriending is my guest today, Sr. Marie Paul Curley, author of Soul of Christ: Meditations on a Timeless Prayer.
Today we chatted about:
On Today's Episode:
My long overdue interview with the Your Faith Has Made You Well: Jesus Heals in the New Testament author - Barbara Hosbach. We met Barbara last year when she visited the show to chat about her wonderful book - Fools, Liars, Cheaters and Other Bible Heroes from Franciscan Media.
CLICK HERE to hear that first interview with Barbara
In this interview, we dive MUCH deeper into Jesus' healing work illustrated throughout the New Testatment. There is much more than PHYSICAL healing that took place - emotional, mental and spiritual - also come into play. Jesus met people where they were at, gave them just what they needed (aka what is best for them) and did it all with great love and mercy. HE is still doing this today -- we look back at many of these stories to reflect on what they mean to each and every one of us.
Just some of the healing stories discussed today:
