Every Lent is so different, though I start each with lots of grand plans, I arrive at Holy Week the same — a mix of relief, joy, and regret. Happily this year, I am more joy-filled than anything else.

It has been 40 plus days of sharing in spiritual reading with my friends in my wonderful faith sharing group, whom I affectionately call the Bible Babes. I’ve been blessed to facilitate several online Lenten book clubs including Walk in Her Sandals from my new employer, WINE: Women In the New Evangelization.

This Lenten season also included many opportunities to travel and speak, including a trans-Continental trek to beautiful Madera, California and friendly, Huntsville, AL. As well as some local retreats and events as well.

Filled with a renewed LOVE of the Lord and eager anticipation for the Triduum and Easter, here is a brief look back at #Lent2019
